Jenny Midyat, Director of Total Rewards and Global Mobility at Parker Drilling, will talk about “Negotiating Your Compensation and Benefits Package – Enhance your Career”. Jenny develops global and local compensation and benefit programs for executive management and employees in all regions of the world. She is an expert on the topic and frequent speaker at international conferences world-wide.

Prior to joining Parker Drilling in 2014, she was responsible for global compensation at Baker Hughes for over a decade, where she lead Global Compensation at Total Rewards Center of Excellence, delivering global compensation programs, systems and infrastructure to regional Total Rewards and HR teams. Her focus was on equity compensation, executive compensation, proxy reporting, incentive plans, and broad-based salary management for company of 60,000 employees in 90 countries. Prior to that she lived and worked in Istanbul, Turkey for 15 years, working with Nokia, managing all expatriate transfers and developing compensation programs.

She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
