Please join the CIS-FSU Chapter for a panel discussion in St. Petersburg on a subject of great interest among practitioners in Russia. The sole risk (exclusive operations) concept, as reflected in the AIPN Model JOA and used by the industry essentially worldwide, doesn’t yet work reliably in Russia - given various specifics of the local law, which usually requires the JV company form and related practice. The panel will discuss various aspects of this challenge and possible paths moving forward.

There will be a roundtable discussion with dialogue and Q&A. Networking and refreshments will be served.

Online registration has been closed. On-site registration will be on a space available basis, and is complimentary for members, non-members, and students.
