Join AIPN's Japan Sub-chapter of the Asia Chapter for "The Investor-State Arbitration Experience from Japanese and Super-Major Perspectives." The presentation will discuss Eurus’ experience as one of Japan’s first investor claimants in the wave of ISDS cases against Spain under the ECT, as well as the recent USD 9 billion investor-state arbitration victory against Ecuador arising out of agreed oil field remediation, infrastructure improvements and socioeconomic contributions on exit from the Lago Agrio project in the Amazon.
