Colombia has been self-sufficient in natural gas for years. However as a result of rising demand for natural gas, decrease of existing proven reserves and effects of climate change, the first LNG re-gasification terminal started operations in 2017 in the Caribbean Coast, with storage capacity of 171,000 m3 and imports of natural gas are expected to start this year. Panelists will be discussing the current panorama and what is best for the country’s further gas market development.
Registration is COP$30,000 for members and COP$35,000 for non-members, payable in cash at the door.
