The experts in the panel will analyze the new projects which were born during the new energy reform in addition to the new players added during the last bidding rounds of blocks, and will provide a detailed review of some midstream, downstream, retail and services leading cases. Attendees will have the opportunity for questions, answers, and audience participation.
