Summit Registration Rates
Registration rates for the 2022 IES are listed below. All rates are listed in US dollars. Students will be asked to submit their current proof of enrollment along with their registration. Registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations.
Full Delegate registration includes Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner, all continental breakfasts, breaks and luncheons, and IES digital materials
Day Delegate registration includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and digital materials for the selected day
Networking Only registration includes Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner, all continental breakfasts, breaks and luncheons

Group Registration Rates
Register 3 or more regularly-priced delegates and only pay $2250 per delegate! Group rates only apply to Full Delegate registrations. Registration for group rate must be made at one time under one payment. Does not apply to already-discounted NOC/Government, Academic or Student rates. To register at the group rate, download the registration form and email to Kristin@aien.org.

Evening Events
The evening events are included in the Full and Networking Delegate registration types however the opportunity to purchase additional tickets are available. Please contact events@aien.org to register or email the completed registration form to the same email address.

Workshops
Maximize tour experience by adding an educational workshop to your registration! All workshops are $200 each and includes a coffee break and digital workshop materials. Only one from each track may be selected.

Can't make the full conference but would like to attend the workshops? Tickets may be purchased without attending the conference by emailing the completed registration form to events@aien.org.
Payment Types
Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email your completed registration form to aipnevents@aipn.org. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Fees are refundable until August 30, 2022, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable, but timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. If the workshop is postponed or cancelled by AIEN, registration fees will be refunded in full or can be applied any future 100% AIEN-run event within 12 months of the event date.
Personal Information & Privacy Policy: By registering for this event you agree to have your contact information printed in the attendee materials; you may have your photo taken and your likeness may be used in future AIEN promotional materials.
