Registration Referral Program!
The AIPN 2019 IPS Registration Referral Program for first-time attendees is a great way for members to introduce new attendees to our premier annual conference. For every First Time Attendee who registers at a qualifying rate and lists you on their registration, you receive a referral credit. Registration Rates (in US dollars)
Registration rates for the 2019 International Petroleum Summit are listed below. Early registration rates are applicable until the end of the day on April 23, 2019. After this date, regular registration rates will apply. Group rates, Academic/NOC/Gov't rates and Student rates are the same before and after April 23, 2019. Students will be asked to submit their current proof of enrollment along with their registration.
Full Delegate
Includes Welcome Reception, Gala & Awards Dinner, all breakfasts, breaks and luncheons, and digital materials
Early Registration Rates
Member: $2100 | Non-member: $2400
Academic/NOC/Gov’t: $1200 | Student: $500
Regular Registration Rates
Member: $2400 | Non-member: $2700
Academic/NOC/Gov’t: $1200 | Student: $500
Group Rate: $1900 each for 3 or more full delegate registrations. Registrations must be made at one time under one payment for special rate to apply.
Day Delegate
Includes breakfast, breaks and lunch and digital materials for the selected day

Regular Registration Rates: Wednesday: $1600 | Thursday: $1600

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Fees are refundable until April 23, 2019, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. By registering for this event, you agree to have your: (i) contact information printed in the attendee materials; (ii) your photo taken and your likeness used in future AIPN promotional materials including on the AIPN website. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with payment details. Please note that additional fees will apply for wire transfer payments.

Visa Information
If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this conference, payment of the registration fee must first be made. If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Please email aipnevents@aipn.org for more details.
