Joe Amador serves as a Managing Director in Investment Banking in Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and will spearhead efforts in Latin America. Amador was previously a Director at Scotia Waterous, where he was involved in that firm’s efforts in the region. Before that, Amador served for 11 years at consulting firm Gaffney, Cline & Associates, and began his career with ARCO Oil and Gas. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Ken Rice is an International Negotiator at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. He also teaches International Petroleum Transactions as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law Houston. Ken started his career with Anadarko as a Landman, eventually working in Commercial roles on various projects in the U.S., Africa, and Latin America. Ken holds a BS in Political Science/Economics from University of Houston and JD from South Texas College of Law Houston.

José Luis Vittor co-leads one of the Hogan Lovells Oil & Gas Practice Groups, and is an officer and council member of the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law Section of the International Bar Association. He is a former president and member of the board of the Instituto Argentino del Petróleo y Gas, Houston, an independent business relations trade organization comprising multinational energy companies. José Luis chairs the Water Law Committee of the International Bar Association and the Water Group at Hogan Lovells. He holds JD from University of Buenos Aires and LLM from University of Houston Law Center.
