Washington D.C. Sub-chapter of US Chapter Power Breakfast Series “Costing Carbon: Carbon Tax, Trade and Capture Solutions”

8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2020

Greenberg Traurig, LLP | 2101 L Street N.W., Washington, D.C 20037

Join the Washington D.C. Sub-chapter for the second event of its four-part Power Breakfast Series held throughout 2020. The May event will examine carbon tax, trade and capture solutions.

Although fossils fuels will continue to comprise most of global primary energy supply, future environmental policies and laws will likely attribute environmental costs to their continued use.  What financial incentives may become available to reduce carbon emissions, create offsets or capture and store CO2?

The 2020 Power Breakfast Series “Responsible Investment in Energy” will cover a range of topics giving attendees a broader understanding of the global oil and gas industry and will provide networking opportunities for professionals in the private and government sectors. Additional events in the series will be held in September and November 2020 in Washington, D.C.

Breakfast will be served.

Registration is complimentary for members, non-members and students.  Please register online as space is limited.
