Join the AIPN-YN US Chapter for a discussion highlighting the key to successful negotiations and specific behaviors of lawyers and negotiators in order to achieve their objectives or doom them to failure. The presentation will also cover how the lawyer and negotiator can work as a team, rather than as free agents. The presentation will be followed by the enactment of two vignettes dealing with the “letter of intent from hell” in which two colleagues with differing personalities, motivations, and goals struggle to find common ground.

Breakfast will be served.

Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be on a space available basis and is complimentary for members, non-members, and students.
