Organized by the Asia Chapter (Pakistan section), members and non-members are invited to register for this live webinar focused on Joint Operating Agreements. As the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) is one of the most essential contracts employed by the E&P industry, this webinar will feature a discussion on the Pakistani JOA clauses that require a review noting the cyclical / uncertain nature of the oil and gas industry.

Speakers will discuss how the operator and the non-operators interests are affected in cases of default, sole-risk, and decommissioning. Speakers will also introduce the audience to the Anti-Bribery Clause which is contained in the AIPN JOA.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the differences between AIPN JOA and the Pakistani JOA.

This webinar was organized by the Pakistan section of AIPN's Asia Regional Chapter committee.

Registration is complimentary for members and $5 for non-members. Please note that registration will be limited to the first 100 attendees who logon to the live event on July 22.
