Eng. Isam Bin Saud Al Zadjali has been Chief Executive Officer at Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C. since August 2014. Eng. Bin Saud Al Zadjali served as President and General Manager of Occidental of Oman, Inc. He has over two decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, having served as Senior Vice President Business Development for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region at Occidental and President of Occidental Oman. He joined Oxy in 2001 and has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility. He served as Deputy General Manager of Occidental of Oman since 2006. He joined Occidental of Oman from the Oman Ministry of Oil and Gas. Eng. Bin Saud Al Zadjali serves as Chairman of Takamul Investment Company SAOC. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1992 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Dave Campbell, Chief Operating Officer and VP Operations for BP Oman. He is responsible for safely and efficiently managing the business in Oman and safely starting up the Khazzan facilities.  Dave has worked for BP over the past 27 years in many diverse roles. Most recently he was the General Manager and Managing Director of Pharaonic Petroleum Company Joint Venture, in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, Dave was responsible for maintaining a relationship with the Egyptian Government to safely and efficiently run the joint venture gas business. Previously, he was the Vice President of BP Canada Operations based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and in this role he was responsible for all safe, reliable and efficient operations in Canada E&P.  This included the safe operations of over 1100 miles of pipelines, gas fractionation plants, straddle plants, terminals, and Terre de Grace oil sands business. He also oversaw and concluded the two multi-billion dollar business sales of the Canada Gas and NGL business in 2011. He also held a role in Houston, US as Performance Unit Leader for BP's North American Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) business unit.  He also served as Commercial Manager of BP Solar, one of the largest global solar companies and has held a number of positions in Petrochemicals and has over 10 years experience in manufacturing and operations. He also served as Executive Assistant to David Peattie, Group Vice President of BP in London.  Dave holds an M.Eng degree in Chemical Engineering from Nottingham University in England and he is a Fellow of the IChemE.  Dave is married with two sons and enjoys playing and watching sports, cycling, traveling and walking.  He is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club and travels many miles to watch his team.

Humphrey Douglas, Oil and Gas Partner, Dentons. Humphrey previously acted as a General Counsel for a major Middle Eastern energy company. Humphrey's unconventional experience includes working on an oil major's entry to the UK shale market and advising a national oil company on its sale of onshore oil and gas assets and what is believed to be the UK's first coal-bed methane and shale-derived long-term gas sales agreement. Humphrey is currently working for the developer of a shale-derived LNG re-gas, oil and Ethane importation and trans-shipment terminal in the Western Hemisphere.  Humphrey is a regular speaker on unconventional developments and most recently spoke in Abu Dhabi and in Washington at a World Bank unconventional symposium attended by most developing shale countries, on upstream concession issues and on tailoring farm-in and joint operating agreements for unconventional developments.  Humphrey is a committee member of the AIPN Europe - Africa Region and was an unconventional JOA drafting committee member). Also, he is Vice-Chair of the London branch of the Energy Institute.
