The deadline to reserve your room under the AIPN room block is Sunday, September 22, 2019. The hotel will continue to accept reservations at the room rate after the deadline date, subject to availability. Room rates will be available up to three days before and three days after the workshop, subject to availability. Reservations may be cancelled by without charge up to 21 days before the date of arrival. A full cancellation fee will be applied for those rooms cancelled after 21 days.
Traveling to Dubai
There are two airports in Dubai: Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport at Dubai World Central (DWC). With over 7,000 weekly flights operated by 125 airlines from 260 destinations, you have a wide range of options to choose from when flying to Dubai.
Airport Transfers: The Address Boulevard offers hotel guests airport transfers to and from both airports. The fees are listed below. Should you be interested in reserving a round trip transfer, please add this option on when reserving your room online. One way transfers may be requested as a "Special Request" on the final payment page. Please include a note about reserving a one-way transfer in the "Additional Comments" section. If you require a letter of invitation from AIPN to obtain a visa for this workshop, payment of the registration fee must first be made. If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Please email aipnevents@aipn.org for more details.
